A truly unique vinegar that has a smooth subtle sweetness that allows the tropical aromas of the tangy Guava to add great depth of flavour. This vinegar is great with seafood, pork and chicken or try it over a tropical fruit salad. Serve with oysters or use as part of a fruity cocktail.
