Caroline Essame is founder and CEO of the Social Enterprise CreateCATT. An arts, play and occupational therapist, with a Master’s in education she has 35 year’s experience in education, welfare and health. An associate lecturer for Singapore University of Social Science she trains ECD teachers and clinicians.
