Lodeh (Lontong) Paste
Lodeh is a popular, coconut-based vegetable dish, normally eaten with ‘lontong’ (compressed rice). This dish is often served during festive seasons such as ‘Hari Raya’ (Eid Al-Fitr). Common ingredients include long beans, tofu, tempeh (fermented bean) and cabbage.
