Whole wheat Spaghetti
Alce Nero no. 3 wholemeal spaghetti is obtained using nothing but organic wholemeal durum wheat semolina which is made by milling the whole grain, without any refinement or added ingredients. The semolina dough is prepared using spring water from the Dolomites. Alce Nero organic wholemeal durum wheat pasta is rich in fibre and is ideal served with our tomato or vegetable sauces.
