Gluten -free Alce Nero rigatoni is made exclusively with corn and rice grown in Italy. This recipe has been designed to achieve the right balance between the flavors of white and yellow corn and rice. The expertise involved in making this spaghetti gives life to a taste similar to durum wheat semolina. Its consistency when cooked is excellent, allowing it to retain its original shape and fragrant taste.
