This rich balsamic vinegar can be used over poached pears, with blue cheese or over your favourite salad. This fruity vinegar is great to marinate pork ribs cooked slowly on the barbeque. Try over grilled venison loin or duck. Made using a slightly caramelised balsamic base, this vinegar is sure to impress.
