Lava Egg Custard (Purple - from purple sweet potato paste)
Mao Shan Wang Durian (Black - from cocoa powder)
Coconut (Green - from spinach paste)

Keep Frozen (-18°C)
- Remove rice ball from freezer, do not thaw.
- Lower rice ball into boiling water. Push rice ball with back of ladle constantly to prevent sticking.
- Boil at high flame for 4 minutes, rice rice ball floats, reduce flame to medium and boil for additional 3 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
Rice balls may be added to sweet soups or desserts.
